Certification attaches to the specific product and its test report rather than to the material as a category, and composting requires a commercial facility that accepts molded fiber — not a backyard bin. Do these help with California packaging regulations? These products are PFAS-free, which is what AB 1200 requires of plant-fiber food packaging. SB 54's registration, fee, and reporting obligations fall on producers rather than on restaurants. For requirements specific to your operation, check with CalRecycle and your city.
