RETURN WINDOW

Unopened, unused cases in their original packaging may be
returned within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email support@apsicstore.com with your order number and the
item you would like to return. We will reply with a return
authorization number and the return address.

Please do not ship anything back before receiving a return
authorization. Returns sent without authorization cannot be
processed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable service. APSIC is not
responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned case, we issue a
refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price less the original
outbound shipping cost. Because shipping is included in our
listed price rather than charged separately at checkout, this
amount is disclosed to you on your return authorization before
you ship anything back.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the
refund to your account.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

· Cases that have been opened, or with shrink wrap removed
· Items damaged after delivery
· Custom or special-order items
· Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Because these are food-contact products, we are unable to
resell cases once they have been opened. We appreciate your
understanding.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong
item, contact support@apsicstore.com within 5 business days
of delivery.

Please include photos of the packaging and the product. We
will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.
You will not need to return the damaged item unless we
specifically request it.

Every product page lists case quantity, dimensions, and
material. If you are unsure which size fits your application,

ordering and we will help you choose.
