Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

At APSIC Packaging, every order ships free — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.


Same-Day & Next-Day Shipping

We know speed matters for your business. Here's how our fulfillment works:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (PT) — ship the same day
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (PT) — ship the next business day

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground service to the contiguous United States. Ground transit times typically range from 1–5 business days depending on your location.

We ship from California, so customers on the West Coast often receive their orders in 1–2 business days.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 1 business day of placing your order, please contact us at support@apsicstore.com.


Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Document the damage — take photos of the packaging and affected items immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@apsicstore.com.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not discard damaged packaging, as it may be needed for carrier claims.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Ground service does not support PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?
At this time, we ship within the contiguous 48 states only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.

Can I expedite my order?
We currently offer Ground service only. Our same-day shipping cutoff at 1:00 PM PT ensures most customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe?
Please contact us at support@apsicstore.com with your order number and we'll investigate promptly.
