Which containers work for salsa, crema, and guacamole portions?
Portion and deli containers from 2 oz to 8 oz with matching lids. Because they are sold by the case, most operators price salsa and guacamole as a paid add-on rather than giving them away.
Do you carry foil for wrapping burritos?
Yes. We stock aluminum foil rolls and pop-up sheets in commercial sizes. Foil holds heat well for burritos and tacos, and pop-up sheets are faster on a busy line.
Do you have PFAS-free compostable options?
Yes. Our molded bagasse plates, bowls, and clamshells are manufactured PFAS-free, with third-party compostability certification on selected items. California AB 1200 has prohibited intentionally added PFAS in plant-fiber food packaging since January 1, 2023, and we can supply the declaration for a specific SKU.
